2006 New Officials Check List
Here is a "Check List" for all NEW football officials:
Register with the FHSAA. Officials registration will begin around the first of June.
Register with the Mid-Coast Officials Association, by sending an e-mail to bpurtill@cfl.rr.com requesting "New Official Access to Arbiter"
Plan to attend ALL or as many of the MCOA Football meetings. (
