The 4 Horsemen / Who We Are

If you enjoy reading interesting stories about our MCOA members, please let me know, so we can continute bringing these stories to you.
The 4 Horsemen & More Most all of us who work as Sports Officials do so in part because we love the game. And most of us who work as Sports Officials have spent countless hours as Coaches, League or Tournament volunteering, and more. Wrestling Commissioner CW Bailey recently reminisced about some of the memorable students he coached and refereed.

Who We Are - I created the "Who We Are" page because I have met so many interesting people over the years while refereeing and they come from all walks of life. There are so many great stories. In addition to the 4 Horsemen story above, a few other very short examples:
  • George Banica grew up behind the Iron Curtain, speaks 6 languages, and drove Soviet tanks as a teenager.
  • Art Fabritis monitored Soviet radio traffic while in the USAF and may have listened to George! Art went to Poland and Ukraine a few years ago on a mission trip using his language skills.
